FREE SHIPPING:  Free shipping is allowed on specific products.  If a product is freight free it is noted on the product detail

SHIPPING:  Products that do not qualify for free shipping will ship via Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx).  Standard Ground shipping fee is charged on those orders.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY:  We do NOT charge an additional fee for residential delivery

SHIPPING POLICY EXCEPTIONS: 

Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer

Fuel surcharges may be applied

5K Lighting only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US

Orders to international destinations will not be processed

5K Lighting does not ship to PO Box addresses

FedEx and USPS are our primary parcel carriers, and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments

SHIPPING RULES:

Any orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

TO REQUEST A RETURN: 

·       Send us an email to support@5klighting.com, you can describe the problem you had and you can attach images or files to the contact form 

·       Our customer service team will review the viability for a refund.  A re-stocking fee may apply on certain items. 

·       Place items and all other materials in their original box.

·       Ship to the address listed on the 5K Lighting site

·       After we have received and tested the return, allow 5-10 days for credit card refunds

DAMAGED SHIPMENT:

In the event that an item damaged during shipment from 5K Lighting; 5K Lighting will replace or issue a refund for the product as well as any applicable shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to document any type of mistake or damage at the time of delivery before signing for package.  All claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a customer wishes to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact customer support via e-mail (support@5klighting.com) or call us during normal business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM EST). 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

Manufacturers' warranties vary by manufacturers and products. 5K Lighting will work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to a manufacturers product and/or performance.
