How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact customer service at 845-360-8100 or email email@example.com. Orders that are in transit cannot be canceled. You must follow our Shipment and Returns Policy if you would like to return an item.
How much is shipping?
All orders over $100.00 qualify for free ground shipping. AT this time, we only ship to addresses in the lower 48 states. Free Shipping on select products, check on the product description.
How long does it take a shipping?
Our average time is within the next 1-3 business days, some delays may occur so please allow 1-2 days more
Do you have back order if out of stock?
We do not have back order at this time at the site but you can contact us for time estimates and pricing or you can sign up with your e-mail and we will let you know when the item is available.
What if my item arrived damaged?
5K Lighting, Inc. will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment. A claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We encourage our customers to open and inspect all orders upon receipt. Please refer to our Shipment and Returns Policy

Does 5K Lighting, Inc. charge sales tax?
5K Lighting, Inc. collects sales tax for orders shipping to New York. Please note that you may be responsible for paying sales tax in states where we are not authorized to collect sales tax.
What methods of payment does 5klighting.com accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners, JCB credit/debit cards are accepted. Payment by PayPal and Amazon Pay are also acceptable.
How do we use your information?
Your security is important to us. We do not sell, rent, trade or give away any of the information you provide us. 5klighting do not keep any financial information such as card numbers, payments are handled and secured by Braintree as 5k lighting Payment Gateway provider.
What if I forget my password?
No problem, we can send it to you by email. Simply go to the Sign-In page and select 'Forgot Your Password?' below the email and password boxes. Fill in your email address, click 'Submit', and an email will be sent to you containing your password.
